SIGNATURE KITCHEN SUITE FROM LG ELECTRONICS SATISFIES THE DIFFERENT-BUT-DEMANDING NEEDS OF BUILDERS AND DESIGNERS
While it might not exactly rival Charles Dickens’ story of the French doctor Manette being pulled between Paris and London during the French Revolution, the need for Signature Kitchen Suite, the luxury appliance division of LG Electronics, to please two distinct customer audiences — builders and designers – offers some similar dynamics.
Like the European capitals, the two groups speak different languages and operate in their own distinct cultures. Both also strive to meet the special needs of different-but-demanding clienteles who expect excellence.
Fortunately for Signature Kitchen Suite and LG for Builders, the builder division of LG Electronics, both builders and designers share a commitment to offering their clients the very best in built-in product innovation, leading-edge technology, craftsmanship, and customer service.
Held from March 21-24, the 2019 Architectural Digest Design Show drew a record-breaking number of visitors and showcased a myriad of new products and trends from over 400 brands in the luxury design market. The world’s leading brands along with today’s top talent came together in a carefully curated presentation of design, offering inspired vignettes by respected brands, design seminars, culinary demonstrations, and special appearances. From furniture, accessories, lighting, and art to kitchen, bath, and building projects, the show offered thousands of products to source and shop – both from independent makers and established manufacturers. Total attendance continued its seven- year trend with nearly double-digit increases, and design trade attendance showing its largest increase of 16% year-over-year.
Reflecting industry optimism and a hunger for new-product introductions, LasVegas Market was marked by brisk business and strong order writing according to International Market Centers. Winter 2019 Las Vegas Market presented more than 4,000 furniture, home décor and gift resources – more than 170 of which were new to the permanent campus showrooms and temporary exhibits – and buzzworthy programming plus industry- leading special events.
“Las Vegas Market delivered a dynamic, top- notch shopping experience for buyers and suppliers alike,” said Bob Maricich, chief executive officer for International Market Centers. “IMC has had a great start to the winter 2019 tradeshow season, with overall industry optimism fueling coast-to-coast Market success.”
